timed out while on vacation! lets you know they wouldnt beat you fairly. though ive not had this experiance. When entring the T/O i try to let my opponents know, with a reason.

Ever heard of internet cafes?

i only timeout on vacations if a) they do not tell me of their absence in moving and b) if the game title was one of my quick games or finish the games in one day and have lasted more than 3 days.

Well I was timed out while I was on the road driving my semi around the country. If they feel good about winning that way then screw them. They are on my S**T list now and I won't play them again. What some people will do to better their ratings. Like they are getting paid or something for having a high rating.
