I like Tool. I was listening to their CDs today, in fact. I built the list off the top of my head this morning and those were the bands that came to mind.

In retrospect, I would easily kick out Flotsam and Jetsam, Quiet Riot or Megadeth and replace them with Tool.

Lets not forget the early bands - Blue Cheer, Vanilla Fudge and Iron Butterfly. I have another favorite in Husher Du.
