Ideas that one individual may find offensive, such as
proclaiming that all Jews go to hell, are not.
It's a simple as that. All ideas should be welcome.

Dr. Cribs
not quite.
all jews should go to hell is offensive to jews and non-jews.
just because the nazis don't find it offensive doesn't make it less so - nor does it, as a result, become a suitable thing to post here.
similarly, degradation and exploitation of women is a violation of the TOS as it stands - it is also a violation of humanity.
welcome that idea for a start, please.

So would you ban Christians from discussing this
point of their faith or doctrine because some
find it offensive?

Dr. Cribs
please try to understand what i am saying.
i admire your efforts to even the playing field for those were being sent to hell by certain 'unusual' christians. when you did that, you were fighting the forces of degradation and rightly so.
but the same token, surely you can see that the issue isn't whether the rights of pimps are upheld, but whether the degradation and exploitation of women should be tolerated.

How can I possibly exploit women through an online forum?

The minute I begin doing that here, then you may have a valid
complaint. But I haven't, because it is simply not possible.

you obviously aren't exploiting women on rhp anymore than those 'unusual' christians actually sent anyone to hell.
but i believe you championed the cause of the travellers for the reason that when some one condemns another to hell (not quite the same as saying 'go to hell'😉 the latter is being devalued as a person (your parenting expert, kirksey, has been so victimized himself)
when you promote your pimping campaign, you devalue the worth of women by putting a price on them.

this is not a matter of who is offended, but what is tolerated and made to seem acceptable.

Okay, its official... I'm a geek. When I clicked this thread, I so thought TOS was refering to The Original Series (Star Trek Speak for the first show).

LOL (lots of laughter) on TOS (The Original Series)
actually though, despite the interesting evolution of Captain Kirk's character, i much prefer TNG and Voyager.

ya! TNG is so good and they bring out social issues extremely well.
also, did you know that captain picard's command 'style' was the subject for a book for business executives on leadership? the book was called 'Make It So'!

even though we have the sequence in reverse:

Peace and long life

Ah, as I like to say : Picard is my Captain.

I'll have to check out that book. I hadn't heard of it. Just love TNG!
