As an American, who doesn't often "get" all the Euro phrases, let me ask you this:

What is a "fringe" (sensible or otherwise)? Is it like what are called "bangs" in America?

To some degree Suzi, it depends on how wide you are to opening up your mind.

Clock-springs sticking out of panties never did anything for me, as that was just tell all, with Tuna paste.

Toasted tuna and fibres of glass was always a no-no said Dad.

He was right too. My change in restaurants became down-market.

Seems kind of weird that teenage girls like being told they look older and more mature. Older women
in their forty and fifties like being told they look young. True in the States, maybe also abroad.
