I'm assuming one click per customer, and if I'm reading you correctly then couldn't the ability to flush away messages lead to abuses of the feature? There are already a good number of people here who will thumbs down a post just for the sheer mindless pleasure of dissing someone they do not like.
When you click it, you are given the opportunity to discuss that particular post with a moderator. That's all it does.
So it's not really going to flush anything unless there is a problem and then the moderator does the flushing.
That was just my humorous way of describing it.
If you do click on one of them everyone will probably hate you, but go ahead, give it a try.
Just click on one of mine, because I hate everyone already so it won't matter!
