all that and there is still road tax and council tax to pay.
why when the only ones that make a mess of the road are the council them selves with unnecessary works and budget depletiuon at the end of the financial year.
i wouldnt mind but only 4.17% of the road in berkshire were attended to last year!

I bet it makes people think twice before leaving the house, it would suck to drive 10 miles, and then realize, that you had left something important at home, and had to turn around
