Virgin give the fastest broadbank connection compared to BT etc

They offer a good over all package, if your looking for internet, phone and TV

Word of warning though. Virgin has been testing new tracking software ...[text shortened]... event file sharing. If you illegally download music or movies, avoid Virgin like the plague.

I've been with BT for over a year now. I've never experienced any down time. The one time that I had to call them, the phone was answered almost immediately and the problem resolve in a couple of minutes, albeit by some dude with a dogy accent.

So far I can't fault them service wise.

My only gripe is that they expect you to be three months in advance with your monthly payments. This I find irritating.
