"unpaid sex worker" is a phrase and concept uttered by a very popular radio talk show hostess in the US. it is intended to demean any woman who engages in non-marital sex. It presumes that sex out of marriage is sex work and not founded on love or romance or passion or desire or enjoyment . . but just work. personally, i think it's great if you can love the work that you do.
