In no way do I mean to offend some of the top rated players in any way in this post, but it should actually be taken as bragging rights because u select few lose so few games.
If we could, I think that we should put somewhere who has beaten some of these top rated players that very rarely lose, so that we can look at the games and learn from them. I know that it sometimes takes me a while to find the only game that a player has lost.
For example: Akizy has only lost to two players Ivanhoe and Baca.
Ironman31 has lost only to hungtn.
kingcaptured has only lost to syopaasi.
David Tebb has lost once to gandolfini.
and so on....
Any thoughts on this??

Originally posted by qweejyI agree. Gandolfini was one of the best players on the site. We had some fantastic games. It's sad that he had to leave.
I wouldn't call gandolfini beating David Tebb that much of an upset. gandolfini was a very good player whose current rating is a reflection of having to leave the site and resign many games.

I will try to reply to all of these comments in turn...
I don't think that posting them is against chess edicate (or at least mine that is) because chess is all about the learning experience...and being able to be a good loser is just as important if not more than being a good winner.
As for making a slip of the mouse...well...i guess that is possible...
Now when it comes to timeouts i do believe that these timeouts are not accidental. I think that some of these players don't move because they are down by points or in position (keep in mind i said "some" )
I guess i do believe that a "mouse slip" is possible, but i know that i have never done it...or at least not on a correspondence chess site...i have however clicked enter and then decided that it was a bad move, so someone should ask him how it actually happened before talking more about it...
again, i do not mean to offend anyone by my statements

Yes, i happen to agree with u, but he was still a much lower rated player than u, so...i posted it 😉
By the way, for anyone who's interested here it is:-
