@trev33 saidIt’ll all be over by the time you get yours!
And slowly, N. Ireland are already inviting those 30+ to book the first shot.
@handyandy saidYa...a bass drum, not a snare. 🤔
Canada seems to be marching to a different drum.
@great-big-stees saidCongratulations on getting your first one!
April 1st Moderna. July 22nd for the second.
I see your in between time similar to mine. As I had told Andy will be talking to my Doctor but think it has to do with our supply issues.

@badradger saidOur Chief Medical officer who is a doctor of course got the pfizer. We are told that Pfizer and Moderna are the two top ones. Then they say taking any of them is better than nothing. AstraZeneca appears to have killed two people out of 40,000 plus vaccinated. Don't know if there were underlying conditions. It is suppose to be rare that it kills people but can cause blood clothes. I am not trying to scare anyone away from that vaccine just making aware of what has happened here in Canada.

@very-rusty saidI think the clotting issues are most likely due to underlying conditions but for those without those issues, the chances of getting a clot with the AstraZenica brand is less likely to happen from the shot than without it...or so I understand.

@torunn saidSo does that mean not good for those younger? You do know about the two deaths of the younger people here in Canada?

@great-big-stees saidI don't like the 2 deaths out of 40,000 plus vaccines. I believe one lady was 52 there is an on going debate about what actually happened there, unfortunately. More information in the link to torunn on the 2 deaths.

@very-rusty saidThat's what I have learned from Swedish sources - the AstraZeneca vaccine should not be given to younger people.

@torunn saidAppears your Swedish sources are correct. One of the women were 52 and the other 54 from another province. All in the link I sent you worth the read when you have time.
