First off, your case for the south is most generous. I don't think they deserve all the nice things you said about them. And yes; I have worked in the south and unfortunately was unable to commute.
Another thing. The people of the south didn't give the blacks the freedoms they enjoy today, and the fact that their cultural centers are located in some southern cities is hardly an endorsement for the south. I doubt very much that the poor rural inhabitants (black or white) contributed much to their developement.
So take this piece of advise. If your from places other than the south, don't get stranded along any roads dirt or paved at night, and be careful in the light of day. Believe me I HAVE BEEN THERE...........

Right - so i start a thread "NAZI's views about Jews" and spread BS stereotypes and nonsense - is that ok? It doesn't matter if you actually share the views - as long as you propagate the rhetoric you are propagating the stereotype. As long as there is some teenage moron who laughs at this, there will be another idiot that gets told the joke, and anoth ...[text shortened]... be spread in a community that includes people who might feel that it is an attack on them.

...or Montgomery, Alabama where Rosa Parks started the bus boycott, or Little Rock, Arkansas where Orval Faubas tried to prevent African American children from attending public school, because these places are now strongholds of African American culture despite your ignorant postulation that the American south is entirely racist...
BTW - that obviously referred to eatmyignorance and not Kirksey.
