Always better to err on the side of moderation. Nothing in excess.
So sticking to 4 would be best? What about if you also drink tea.
I just got back from my brisk walk, no jogging today. I am working on my second XLarge that I brought home with me.

I think I'll have some Monsooned Malabar coffee. This is a style of coffee that used to happen accidentally (to the beans) because of the weather in India, but now the process is done deliberately for the effect on the beans and the milder character of the brew.
