My two cups of 'latte' in the morning are lovely. Then I seem to forget about coffee until the next morning.

Is it bad to drink 10 cups of coffee a day?
There may be no such thing as drinking too much coffee. Drinking excessive amounts of coffee does not lead to death, even if you're drinking eight or more cups a day, according to new research released Monday by JAMA Internal Medicine.Jul 6, 2018
New research claims coffee isn't bad for you, but should you drink 8 ...

Always better to err on the side of moderation. Nothing in excess.

Yes, that is what I took from it also. So my 2 XLarge is ok, I really thought it was too much.

So sticking to 4 would be best? What about if you also drink tea.

I just got back from my brisk walk, no jogging today. I am working on my second XLarge that I brought home with me.

Despite having a Japanese wife, I can't stand green tea.

Last time we visited Japan green tea was the flavouring in just about everything (including icecream) and it put me off the taste.

I drink it very weak, get 4 mugs from a pot with a single tea bag.
It’s effect is as enjoyable as coffee and lacks any yucky residue.

I think I'll have some Monsooned Malabar coffee. This is a style of coffee that used to happen accidentally (to the beans) because of the weather in India, but now the process is done deliberately for the effect on the beans and the resultant milder character of the brew.
