Cafe Del Mar. - Northern Lights.

It lets my daugher go to sleep, and softens the tone of some of my debates.

Can't go wrong there.

In my head, I'm listening to Dean Martin's "Ain't that a kick in the head"

Saw the HBO movie "The Rat Pack" last night again. Good flick.

I just bought a CD by Thorr's Hammer - Anderson and O'Malley of Goatsnake/Khanate/Burning Witch/Sunn O))) fame + a pretty 17yo Norwegian girl vocalist who apparently does the death growls on the album, as well as chanting and stuff. heavy, slow and kinda weird. i like it. also got Witchcraft - retro 70's using original equipment with influences by sabbath, Zeppelin and others of the era. very listenable.

27 No. 1's The Beetles, obviously on random.
Stop Making Sense, Talking Heads, especially No. 11, This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody), and No. 2 Heaven, No. 13 Genius of Love, No 12, Once In A Life Time, in any way, all of them.
Classic Smokin Cuts compilation I really like the way they mix No.7 into No. 8, And a bit Bob Marley Songs Of Freedom and Uprising (No.7, Pimpa's Paradise) slung in for good measurešŸ˜µ
