I see you as a skulking rodent, robbie, too sly and sneaky to make the cut as a domesticated canine.

I got: Husky: Gentle and Dignified! 🙂

Dachshund would have been better - condsidering what they were bred for. 😉
She has a definite problem though, wish we could get ahold of the dog whisperer, we really need him.
What is going on is she seems to be bipolar.
That is to say, she is most of the time very affectionate and licks your fingers or face and such and sleeps with us (under 20 pounds) and such. But out of nowhere with no provocation, will totally flip to attack mode, biting anyone getting close. You can see the onset of this behavior when she starts moving her lips up as in bearing her teeth. When you see her lips curl like that you know to leave her alone. She has bit everyone in the family, not so much drawing blood, too small a dog for that but still not a good thing when we have a 4 month old infant, a 2 yo and a 5 yo in the house.
I think maybe she was mistreated in her previous life, we think in a puppy mill.
Alternatively I think maybe she has some kind of brain tumor or something.
It is weird how she goes from being this totally devoted affectionate little dog to a growling monster switching in a few seconds for no apparent reason.
Any advice would be appreciated! For some reason a year ago, a vet gave us some kind of doggy valium but she just zombied out for a whole day, that was worthless.
We give her doggie treats, some of which she turns her nose up at and only one or two she actually likes so we try to give her those. The last time she flipped, she didn't even bite into the one she usually likes.
It's really strange, she is loving one minute and the next flipped into fight or flight mode.
