I recommend the Orange SPV C550.
It runs Windows Mobile and has a proper web browser (pocket IE).
It has Windows Media Player 10 for MP3s and there are some awesome games available for it.
You can get cheap memory cards up to 1 gigabyte, so lots of MP3 storage.
It'll hit the shops on Monday.
