Well, yeah, but... has he ever met one? To speak to, that is? Because none of the women I've met (and that includes, goodness knows, even the saleswomen at my favoured shops) are quite that platitudinous. Not a single one.

Taught Me
She did menus the way devout parishioners do hymnals.
Would roll the sleeve of a straw, nonchalantly, then
place it by the flowers as if setting aside a toy.
Required two napkins, one to adorn the splendid
symmetry of her lap and the other, never unfolded,
to safeguard the silverware lest it chance to come
in contact with questionable linen or a bare table.
Knew how to giggle as if accompanied by music
and how to cry, with or without the benefit of tears.
She was a Texan with blond angel hair, pulchritude
trailing perfume all the way. Often hid the diamond
glint of her righteous indignation. Displayed her nails.
Saw things as they were, including her shortcomings.
An aura of hope and mark of humility became her,
never quite realizing she was better than she knew.
Magnificently childlike, yet savvy. Intense without guile.
Cherished dolls and life. believed in Christ. Taught me
I was less than I imagined in rthe sight of God.

You would be less indigestible if you weren't such an unbelievable hypocrite, Bob.

Still i can't help coming back here periodically to review what fresh trainwreck of smuggery he's spewed forth. It's a sickness really.

* A Man who will really be there when she needs him.
* A Man who has learned his way around the kitchen.
* A Man who can be trusted with their small children.
* A Man who isn't all talk and delivers on his promises.
* A Man with sound judgement and informed decisions.
* A Man with a sense of humor who's fun to be around.
Note: What Women Don't Want is an immature boy who's absent whenever needed; who demands being waited on hand and foot; who is bent on being a 'friend'
rather than a leadership role model father to the children; who exaggerates, creates false expectations then waffles on obligations; who is simply incapable or unable
to think his way through challenges and squanders the least opportunity for joint prosperity; a boy who is incapable of laughing at himself and yet ridicules others.

Note Two: Let's get our conversation back on topic. It's not about me or you but about women and their stated or unstated preferences. Comment or express a differing point of view, fine.
Continual attack dog tactics are rediculous. Why... because guys are essentially boring, especially bad ones like me. So please get off your duff, back on your game or ignore it and let it die.
Thanks.
Men will never know what women want nor will women know what men want (Mars/Venus, Venus/Mars) and that is what makes the "intercourse" betwixt the two so "interesting". May it never change. It's all about experimintation. It's the journey not the destination.
I can't think of any more platitudes, sorry.😏
Edit: First it read latitudes.😠
