Today we had pork chops with mashed potatoes and gravy, frozen peas, Jello with mandarin oranges. For evening it was a dish of freshly peeled and sliced peaches, topped with cinnamon and thick cream. I tend to snack on a variety of crackers, sometimes raw almonds, cashews, or peanuts. Sorry, but I have a weakness for tiny chocolate bars. My favorites are the Mr. Goodbars.

Me too. I dont do solids for breakky . Cant eat until 11.30 - noon.

I guess I dont really consider not eating from dinner til next days lunch "fasting".
As for getting energy, I know not how I have energy some days and none on others - it seems to have very little to do with what foods I have or haven't eaten.
