So you got the only dire situation in which I would eat my wife's heart, desperately. Well perceived!

-m.

I doubt I could do it anyway, but we don't know our limits under such horrendous conditions, do we?

Check out Hecate's Profile. Believe he's got something to say about eating the human heart...

Thanksgiving turkey, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, gravy, warm fresh baked buns, stuffing and a lovely Late Autumn Riesling.

Pork ribs topped with my wife's awesome made-from-scratch, sugar-free barbecue sauce - which is better than any bbq sauce money can buy. On the side, I have lima beans and mashed potatoes.

Today we had pork chops with mashed potatoes and gravy, frozen peas, Jello with mandarin oranges. For evening it was a dish of freshly peeled and sliced peaches, topped with cinnamon and thick cream. I tend to snack on a variety of crackers, sometimes raw almonds, cashews, or peanuts. Sorry, but I have a weakness for tiny chocolate bars. My favorites are the Mr. Goodbars.

It's about kick starting your digestive system after it's over night fast I think. Important in the way that one should start it with something substantial but not too fatty or high in protein. I think it's semething like that.

A fork, followed by bits of my chipped tooth. Tea was not a pleasant experience tonight.

Right.

I guess I dont really consider not eating from dinner til next days lunch "fasting".
As for getting energy, I know not how I have energy some days and none on others - it seems to have very little to do with what foods I have or haven't eaten.
