{Speaking of which, I am going to be cutting into my ceiling to get to a tight place in the attic where a water pipe is leaking. I need to decide where to make the cut. Is it better to cut along the center of a rafter, or to keep the rectangular cutout away from the rafters? Anybody out there in the trade?}
