To me,it's a toss-up between the Blue Swede cover of "Hooked on a Feeling",or William Shatner's try at "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds".

Cher, right?

I'm pretty sure Nancy Sinatra and Tiny Tim both made albums. I'm not sure why though. Also I read on the net that Tiny Tim moved to Australia. Unfortunately, he ended up moving back to the US a few years later. I think we traded him off for Crocodile Dundee, but we ended up getting stuck with both of them.

The granny is kinda cool though 🙂
I even found the lyrics on the net

friday night it's party time
feeling ready looking fine,
viene diego rumbeando,
with the magic in his eyes
checking every girl in sight,
grooving like he does the mambo
he's the man there en la disco,
playing sexy feeling hotter,
he's the king dancing the ritmo ragatanga,
and the dj that he knows well,
on the spot always around twelve,
plays the mix that diego mixes with the salsa,
and he dances and he dances and he sings

Aserejé, ja de je de jebe tu de jebere sebiunouva
majavi an a bugui an a buididipí (x3)

many think its brujeria,
how he comes and disappears,
every move will hypnotize you,
some will call it chuleria,
others say that its the real,
rastafari afrogitano

he's the man there in the disco,
playing sexy felling hotter,
he's the king dancing the ritmo ragatanga,
and the dj that he knows well,
on the spot always around twelve,
plays the mix that diego mixes with the salsa,
and he dances and he dances and he sings

Aserejé, ja de je de jebe tu de jebere sebiunouva
majavi an a bugui an a buididipí (x3)

A nanana...wayayéo

Aserejé, ja de je de jebe tu de jebere sebiunouva
majavi an a bugui an a buididipí (x9)

'These Boots Are Made for Walking' is one of those quirky Lee Hazlewood-written songs that you either love or hate.

I actually had a brief email exchange with Nancy Sinatra last year.

(Yeah, yeah, yeah, you are going to say it was her secretary who wrote it using her name. Maybe so, I don't know.)
