I guess it's confidential, but how much information can you give me about how you decide who is multi-accounting?

A friend of mine plays here from the same PC in our school library. How do you tell this apart from one user having two accounts which they operate from one PC?

We do not use IP address alone, if that is what you are concerned about. So you should have no problem.
