@badradger saidAmazing insight my friend!
obviously after rising at 10 am and instructing one of your many servants to draw you a bath and prepair breakfast/brunch served on a silvrer salver porridge made with water and salt the proper scotish way, toast in a silver rack of course , all this whilst your Dresser lays out your day wear and polishes your brogues.
@ghost-of-a-duke said2 thumb downs?
Porridge and strong coffee in the winter months, toast and strong coffee in the warmer months. Always consumed while watching the morning news and catching up with the shenanigans on this site.
I wonder who has just fallen out of bed in a bad mood?
Your morning routine.
1. a shower first off just to wake me up.
2. cereal, banana, & tea NOT coffee for breakfast. I use to eat a lot more for breakfast when I worked. Retirement, don't need so much as not doing as much as I once did. Burn less calories now!
3. It varies from day to day, but today I got my chess moves in and a few comments in the GF, off to my Doctor appointment now. ( Don't anyone have any concerns providing everything goes well I'll be back later) π

- Oral hygiene and shower.
- Espresso doppio followed by strong coffee or cappuccino.
- Toast with butter or a slice of provolone.
- Check email and favorite websites like RHP.
- Leave early to fulfill daily duties.
- Alleviate potential stressors at every opportunity.
Feed the animals (2 dogs and 2 cats), brew and consume some coffee (1 mug for me and several for my partner), read the morning paper, make my chess moves and partake in some forum/club/clan threads, the 3 Ss then it's all my "list" chores, which in spite of my being retired is lengthier than when I was gainfully employed.
@drewnogal saidLooks like one of them changed their mind. π

bring the coffee to my wife and take some time drinking coffee (2 mugs vs. three mugs per capita) and talking through the things that Need to be talked through. Getting up and going to work (mostly by bike)
