Yes, you can promote as many pawns to queens as you like.

It's a two step process.
First, complete the pawn move and submit it. Once that is done a new window should come up and ask you to select what piece you wish to promote the pawn to.

The promotion selection window will not show up until after you actually complete the move, in other words.
