To cancel your subscription please send feedback using the link at the bottom of each page, being sure to include your Time For Chess account name in the message. It would help us to improve this service if you also state the reason for cancellation, although this is not mandatory.

(well now that I've wasted more of my time with you rash response I'm hoping you will just tell me the simple answer as to how to cancel my membership. By the way I subscribe to several online memberships but I used the trial first before being sure I wanted to stay with them so don't make assumptions. If I were to bye something with a 14 days grace clause, use it, and I enter after 21 days and wanted my money back, they would laugh at me. "But I didn't know your phone number! (*whine, whine*)" "Well, why didn't you look it up? Or read on your reciept?" "(*whine, whine*)" Do you really think that you are worth wastin time on? You are certainly not a serious customer.
Did you ever try to get in touch with the RHP staf within your grace period was ended? No? Why whine now?
Edit: Just saw the moderators reply. What will your next step be? Resign all games and leave the site?

Hi, i signed up for the subscription on the 11th of AUG and have been trying to find a way to cancel it before the 15 day trial. But there I have not been able to find how to cancel it. HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? I hate sights that make it so easy to sign up and make it soooo difficult to cancel. Very frustrating.
