Move didn't work

I wonder if this sort of thing has happened to help someone win a game or is it just to losing games.
I don't suppose anyone would own up to that though.

I'm not sure I understand what Anselmo is saying is happening to him.. he said the same thing.. but refreshing the board fixes it.. this confuses me as the problem would be after clicking Move.. so.. ? what exactly is it Anselmo you are saying is happening to you?
