I suggest even a title like "read before posting"

Even though I agree that there is too much mockery going on, there is also too many silly questions posed, the answers to whcih would be found without any fuss in the faq.

When you hit the new thread button a message coud pop-up which said:
"Read the peep FAQ first!"

Or is this to rude? (Retorical question)
