What is the proper email method of reporting a V2 RHP Connectivity Error, when unable to connect to the RHP site?

Only option I'm aware of is a HELP request (with date and time) to... robot@redhotpawn.com. Often the only response is an 'Unable to deliver' error message from the system administrator. Thanks.

Click on "send feedback" at the bottom of this page and report bugs etc that way, or post them here I guess, either way this particular problem seems to have been solved now.

If you can't connect to the site, and you can't send email, you can't report it to anybody ....... until the site is restored, and then you don't need to ...

It's the old "fixing a leaking roof" thing 🙁

I didnt get back to you yesterday, I gave up trying in the end.

I have just tried to access the private forums again with NO joy. Time is 12.26 london time.

Getting the the code that everyone has been getting.

EDIT: I can seem to access EVERYTHING else on the site but the private forums, its when I click the link to Private Forums in the forums drop down menu.

Is that page cached?

Try clearing your cache and trying again.

Situation seems to be site specific. Still able to connect and mail elsewhere during the RHP error condition. Just reaching for the proper address.

There should be no further problems.

Try holding ctrl then pressing f5 when viewing the 'broken' page.
