Well, you are odd because you wrote to another player in attempt to get your account terminated. Mr. Tebb is just a player here (ok, he's a good player and a mod), but not a site admin.
You should write to Russ if you really want a refund.
If you don't want a refund, there's no need to terminate an account - just stop coming here.
The avatar is the ...[text shortened]... I suspect that you picture is posted on your computer and not the internet or it's a bad link.
