A blitz game (3 minutes start, 12 second increment) played on FICS. I'm black. I generally suck at blitz (even more than I do at regular chess); on that site I'm 1500 standard and about 1000 blitz. I do find it a useful training tool for learning to calculate tactics quickly, though. I've put in some annotations of what I was thinking.
