Ok James,the first two are correct :exercise #1:1.Ra6,any bishop move 2.Rxa7#......exercise 2 : 1.g3,g4 2.hxg4#.........but you missed the third one!
Your initial Bh3 doesn't force anything,the right one is the queen sac Qc4+,then if ...Kxc4 2.e4#,if 1....Ke4 2.Qe6# 😉

It was supposed to be mate in 2, not mate in 4!
The correct solution is surely 1.Qc4+ Kxc4 (1.. Ke4 2.Qe6 Mate) 2.e4 Mate
