I also want to point out that I have recently joined Clan 24544 & upon joining immediately PM'd Dragon Fire, explaining that I did not want to join the clan league because of my gameload, but I was happy to play a few challenges.

You can bet on it!! 😉

I nearly always play 1...c5 after 1.e4.

(I also play 1...e5 the odd occasion).

Just a point DF you should follow the games of a guy who plays in our League called Ben Hague, he is one of the top Morra Gambit players in the country, and he also play the Kings Gambit!

Thinking about it you are not him are you? 🙂 Although ECF he is 209.

Yeah he's supposed to be pretty handy with the old Morra, I think he is pretty hot at the Kings Gambit too!! I saw him beat a team mate of mine called Simon Hood (ECF 182) in one!

I wish I had an ECF of 209 - I make that 2300 which is much stronger than me on my best of days.

Yeah he is ECF 209, which ELO is 2272!!

Consider what his rating would be if he we playing on here! When you consider David Tebb's ECF is 187, which is ELO 2096 and on this site he is over 2300!
