The post that was quoted here has been removedWell, in accusing someone of making assumptions about you, you make a ton of assumptions about them. Xenpak was simply making an argument based on MATH and how ratings work over the long-haul.
No need to get personal, especially since he is right about this. Sorry you lost some ratings points, believe me, anyone over 1800 has played a ton of banned players on this site.
If playing a banned player freaks you out, better pack your bags because he wont be the last.
The post that was quoted here has been removedExchanging at e4 would be positional suicide; you'd give him a well-supported advanced, passed pawn. His h4 pawn might be a separate "island" but it cramps your King side pawns and I doubt you'll be able to easily exchange one of them for it without exposing your King to his more mobile pieces. Your whole position is passive which is not the formula for a successful endgame (and you might not make it to an endgame).
The post that was quoted here has been removedThe Chess Forum isn't really the place for off-topic personal attacks. I disagree with your evaluation that the position in the game cited is a "probable draw"; if you choose to take that as some personal criticism, you are being overly dramatic. If you can't take anybody disagreeing with you, perhaps a forum isn't the best place for your hypersensitive self.
The post that was quoted here has been removedActually this isn't true. You've written in excess of 3000 words on this topic across several threads but only made at last count 1110 moves... this is a ratio of nearly 3 to 1 !!!
If you put as much effort into your chess as you did into your forum posts it could be you who was able to bitch-slap Gazza across the face... grab him by the scruff of the collar... look him intently in the eyes.. and scream "Touch and move pretty boy".
The post that was quoted here has been removeddrawn is drawn, you either have it or you don't. if you can't show a forced line leading to a draw, it's equal or unclear, or somebody's losing. I haven't seen you even try giving any analysis showing how the position could be drawn. I can't see it.
as far as I can see, I could easily lose either side. it's a mess. which, against an engine, spells defeat.

On balance I think I would prefer blacks position but I can't see a forcing line one way or another here which I guess makes it unclear.
As wormwood states against an engine that spells certain defeat.
As white will probably be credited with rating points for a win (if you jump in and claim them quickly enough) thats certainly something for nothing so whats the fuss about?
