Bogart was a member of California Chess Association, both as a player (candidate for National master) and referee. He used to play blitz in some LA club, but it was probably the part of his secret agent-activities. His wife, however, never played chess. Neither did Napoleon and Che Gevara; their "games" are pure invention. Lenin did not play chess either... 😉
