Yeah, Chessbase typically doesn't give many details on what the updates do. Just test the upgrade to see if the glitch went away, then you'll be ready to talk to support.

That does sound odd. Sometimes Chessbase operates in mysterious ways.

Probably it lets you operate the program on your PC, but it requires registration to do internet updates.
