Both players agreed to the conditions before hand (own rest rooms etc) and it was in the contract. When the decision was made to change the conditions FIDE breached the contract, not only that but they also gave video footage of Kramnik in his rest area to Topalov's team. Kramnik said the other day if he doesn't get a replay of game 5 he plans to sue FIDE, hope he does, because I'm sure he'll win.
*edit*
lol didn't see this went on for 3 pages, anyway that's what I think about it.

Now he's saying that someone has written in and called him a jerk.

Problem is I'm watching on playchess, and I can't get Fritz to kibitz for me...stupid guest account! (why didn't I renew my subscription!)
Serious bug in recorded moves vs. PGN
Oh this could be really bad.
Here's a link to where I spotted this:
http://www.redhotpawn.com/gameanalysis/boardhistory.php?gameid=2603992
The PGN does not match the Game History playback. The problem starts at move 18 where I (white) move a rook. The PGN shows I moved the kingside rook (18.Rf1-d1) but the game history (and live play) shows I moved the queenside rook (18.Ra1-d1). I believe the PGN is right.
My opponent just made a move that appears to assume the rook was where the PGN shows it, but my live game board does not show what the PGN shows.
This is really bad. Bad enough for everyone to stop playing if there are errors in what's recorded as moves.
Please advise. I like this site already, but am suddenly fearing data corruption.
Please advise.
