Yes it is 2..Nf6
ok but what is the theory after 2. Nc3 Nf6 3. Bf4 ?
and is 3 B.f4 Nc6 an opening ?
and besides, after
1. d4 d5
2. Nc3 c5!! is an easily won position for anyone with deep blue sitting in their basement (unless the game is on this site, apparently, Russ doesn't approve of computerized upgrades in our game-play)

you know as well as I that, besides Fool's Mate, Scholar's mate and the like, games that are decisive after only the second move are few and far between.
Even 1. f3 2. Kf2 doesn't have a refutation (though black should win with good play)
