It's almost as if you created a new account to argue with yourself. BTW, Larry Christiansen lives in Massachusetts now. The other side of the states. 🙂

As some of you may know, Larry Christiansen, 3 time US Champ, and probably the greatest attacking player the US has ever seen, plays material odds blitz against all comers, and depending on their rating, gives them different material odds. Based on my blitz rating, I get a knight. I thought this combination was absolutely sick, so here you go, Larry C at hi ...[text shortened]... t from stone cold winning to having to resign in one move...16..f5??
i disagree with your first statement...
Kasparov is regarded, not only by me, but by the general population as a whole, to be the finest attacker in modern chess history...
Spassky is still my favorite player...
but Kasparov was easily the greatest attacker ever...

wow ! he sacrifices his queen for a bishop and a rook at move 17 and finally wins at move 68
this is not such a great game...actually his Q was trapped and he had to sacrifice it 🙂)
and later in the game white had forced draw(repetition on black side) but he played for a win...and he probably blundered in a couple of places
