I still vote for a6 though!
Sveshnikov arises after 2...Nc6 NOT 2...d6

I would like either 5...e6 (Scheveningen) or 5...Nc6 (Classical) but as it will probably be between 5...g6 or 5...a6 I will go for..............................

I've had many good and bad games with the dragon. On the one hand, allowing the Yugoslav is walking into the most tactical, theoretical buzz saw we could. On the other hand, we have a good chance to get some nice analysis in as a group. That kind of tactical do or die position may be our best chance against such a strong player as PAWN RIOT. I'm all for walking into the dragon's fire.
Burn Baby Burn !!!

* The Sicilian that I have used the most at this site is the Taimanov, but it is not possible here.

I would like to see a "collective" Najdorf against a strong player. I vote

Yannis dude, awesome, how are you my friend, its really good to actually be on the same side of your Sicilian rather than the receiving end 😀

You don't want to be on any side of the sicilian vs TOMTOM232 hehe.

You are in a club that is all about solving and composing chess problems and you don't want to enter the tactical realm of the dragon? 😲

What do chess problems have to do with one's opening preferences?
