Indeed. I would be willing to bet that he paid Topalovs team to file the complaint against him. He then paid off the appeals committee so that he would be ruled against and have his bathroom locked. He then paid whoever did the review to admit that the appeals comittee had stepped beyond their authority.

why didn't kramnik just stop after the forfeit game? that way, there would've been a new match somewhere in the future. hopefully without all the crap that's been going on this time (which I doubt). why waste everybody's time playing the rest of the match, if the only outcome he's going to accept is him keeping the title? because whatever the legal outcome be, the confusion with the wc title status will not go away until both parties will recognize the outcome of the match, or until it will be painstakinly clear (which it won't be if topalov wins tomorrow, as kramnik and his supporters will always think he already won before the rapid games).

I hope kramnik with his boring chess wins tomorrow, so there will be one world champion. but if topalov wins, the situation will continue as it is, unclear.


and hell will freeze over before I start to base my opinions on powershaker's loopy whims.
