Very uncalled-for, especially from someone not rated 2800+.
We have had "players" like this before. They lose every game - falsely giving points away (often to their alter egos) and then I presume use an engine in a sub 800 tournament. Its abuse of the system.

I suspect that User 254586 may be related too, given the amount of fool's mates that user tried to play.

A nybble is the less common spelling for half of a byte, after all.

I looked at his current games, and your explanation is the only logical explanation for a repetition of stupidity like that.

I stand corrected- thank you for enlightening me!

Numbers 1 and three have practically the same username, and numbers 1 and two joined within one day of eachother. All have about the same rating and same number of games played. 😲

To add insult to injury, the first player could have done it at least a move earlier, and with either bishop OR queen.

I have noticed a pattern that players with a lower rating actually seem more able to spot the mate in 2. Higher players either fail with d5, or follow e5 with baffling moves like Nf6 or Ne7. WTF?

How many games you played actually left the opening and went to the middlegame?

Fool's mate's too easy.Go for a real challenge.Aim to be mated at move 7 or 8.

Or 10 if you feel lucky!
