Actually, I did not calculate it, Another player did, he had a link to a webpage that had the list. It was a few months ago and unfortunately I cannot recall the player nor find the original thread. I did however save the information on a microsoft word document and just now got around to posting it.
Please Note : Rating Chart only applies to players rated less than 2100
