You guys got it. Trading queens is no big deal for black. c6 and put king on c7 and he's okay.
Ya that Nxd5 tactic I missed all 3 times. Besides that, my analysis was reasonable.
Edit: Zebano, all Silman says besides the stuff we mentioned already is after 8.Ng3 White has a clear advantage but black somehow went on to win the game anyway. Wish he would explain it further then that.

as to the Nxd5 tactic, it is very similar to a position lower ranked players often play against me in the advance variation of the french. After
1. e4 e6
2. d4 d5
3. e5 c5
4. Nf3 Nc6
5. c3 Bd7
6. Bb4?? Nxe5 wins a pawn in similar fasion.
Originally posted by zebanoYa, I though black was better because of development, castled king and some potential outpost squares although Qe8 was pretty bad.

The tactic, I've seen it before, fell for it also. Just not familiar with that opening and wasn't looking for it, though the hanging bishop is good indication. Should stick into my mind now! You rememeber things when you get yelled at (Silman yelling at the readers who didn't see that!).
Good work.
