If your computer told you to jump off a cliff, would you do it?

I probably would. It would be a strange but spectacular sight.

I did jump off a cliff on the order of a computer. When I came out of hospital the computer told me it was only joking and that it didn't think I'd really do it

In order to win the game I had to mate all 10 kings in one move.

Ne5 checkmates only 9 of the kings, the king on f5 is stalemated! Does Ne5 win or draw?

EDIT: Ahh, bishop on b1, ignore me πŸ˜•

Especially clever in that none of the kings are even in check before the knight move. πŸ™‚

How do you come up with this fantastic idea? Your opponent resigned because the computer said so? What the heck???What kind of a an unethical person are you to accuse someone like this? BOOOOOOO!

Assuming you were not using a computer yourself and he was, there is literally no chance that you could have won in that position against a strong engine right?. (A master could but not you!) So why would he resign then?

I have never seen a computer suggesting to resign, they are tireless and they dont get bored or etc....

Did it ever occur to you that he , the alien from Mars as you call him, maybe got bored of your stupid chess or thought that YOU were using an engine and therefore he resigned?

Can you prove anything at all?

So shut your piehole altogether then.

It's getting insanely disturbing to play a peaceful game of chess on this site because of people like you. I get paranoid that everybody is cheating and that takes all the pleasure I get from my games. Whenever I look at forums somebody is cheating etc....But this is really disturbing and annoying thread. I strongly CONDEMN DODGERS!!! for his behaviour.

Everybody should think like this instead: Cheaters should continue to cheat! It will only harm them not anybody else. They are the ones who are afraid to lose and that's why they will never win a chess game on their own in their whole lives. And you get to play against a 2600+ rated player and learn a lot from it πŸ™‚

It's easy to spot engine abusers. You must be very naive if you didn't know that Checkmate, Ironman, Trackhead and likes are engine abusers. (They play like a computer and they win way too many games in a row, and their graph usually looks like my genital organ.)

I think there are 3 types of CC players. Human, engine user, and engine abuser. ''Humans'' only uses their brain and databases and books etc and work very hard to improve their game. ''Engine users'' also work very hard and play the game themselves but they check their analysis before submitting a move. Even some world class CC players tend to to this unethical behaviour. And finally there is the ''Engine Abuser'', who only plays his computer's suggestion. I have heard that they save the running game in the computer and let the computer do his/her thinking. This is even more pathetic.

Why bother to do that work? Nobody is going to give a thing about your RHP rating anyway...

MY VERY LAST WORD TO CONCLUDE: There are still some engine abusers and a lot of engine users among us and this can not be stopped even I name all of them. (Which is an impossible task)

So we should just suck it up man and play our best moves and learn something out of any game you play even against a computer. It can be quite fun to play against them if you think this way.

If Russ gives me free RHP subscription I will find out most of the engine abusers in a short period of time. I will even be the head of RHP cheating detection department and anybody who gets victimized by an engine abuser will contact me.πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

I'm willing to do the work!

Does it sound like a most horrible idea ever?

There are game-mods here already who do the work for free. [maybe they get free subscription, I wouldn't know]
