The post that was quoted here has been removedIf a 1300 is cheating he is either doing it very badly or is an unbeaten player on the way up. It is possible to pick this up at such an early stage but highly unlikely as, generally, there would not really be a reason to check them. Sometimes the behaviour of such players (eg what they post in their profile, on the forums or in PMs / In game messages) gives a reason to check them so they are caught early but if they say nothing and do nothing other than play chess (although that in itself might be some sort of indication) it is pretty damn hard.
A 1300 player that followed a 15 move Fritz line would certainly be supicious even if the line was "virtually" forced. Even a 2000+ player with 15 consecutive moves matching up would be supicious but this would be possible if it were a long "forcing" line where the moves were significantly better than the alternative (say about .50) and "obvious" rather than "obscure" moves (By "obvious" I mean the sort of intuitive moves you would expect a human to look at, like checks, sacrifices in front of king, 2-3 move tactical plays, grabbing open files, diagonals, exchanges that create a passed pawn, pushing said pawn, etc - the list goes on but you guys know what I mean).
Such long "forcing" lines would only tend to be available well into the end game when only a few pieces remain on the board and the line ends with a mate or queening a pawn. A good player would likely be following recognised and published theory. A cheater would follow a tablebase but an engine would often make pointless moves as 15 moves is likely to be beyond its horizon (when these latter moves are made we have, in my opinion, conclusive proof).
