Most Spokane drivers cannot live one hour in Seattle traffic; we have more congestion with less cause (unless gross incompetence is a cause). But, put a little snow on the ground, or even a rumor of snow in the air, and Seattle drivers lose their heads. Snow hardly changes Spokane's driving until we get over two feet in one day, as we did in December.

Same, in Montana if it snows alot nobody worries...we just raise the road signs.
