Really only get about two or three hours. Most of the time, only an hour. But, I'm only moving an hour a day at most for all 20+ games. I usually am studying my chess in the library. And, if it was someone on this site that sent this 1500 player to the Newport Public library to smash me (i.e. he asked me to play OTB without even knowing me right out ...[text shortened]... He looked broken hearted as he slinked away. "I love to watch them squirm." - Bobby Fischer
2. Do you expect us to believe this story? A guy just walked up and randomly challenged you without any way of knowing that you even played chess? Someone just happened to have a chess set and chess clocks? I'm sorry, but this seems pretty unlikely, and you have been known to exagerate the truth.
BTW, did you happen to record the "game?" I'd be interested to see it.
Originally posted by Forest9Uh, sorry. I didn't mean to come across that way. I am very much accepting of all races, cultures, ethnicities and creeds. I mean, we Americans are very multi-cultural people. At least, I am. If you're referring to the comment concerning Italians? That comment was only made to pick at Revello. It wasn't made to begin a race war. So, please, call the ACLU or the American Negro College fund if you wish. Sorry, I ruffled your feathers. HAHA!
I just finished playing two games with Ravello. He certainly did not use a computer and was goodnatured when I messed around before accepting that a game was drawn.
Powerhaker lost the argument when he retreated behind racist comments and steraotyping. Something I wouldn't do- even with Americans

Question for you. You only have 1 hour to make all you moves in your 20+ games. I saw you finished some games and started more games an now your over 20 again. Why would you continue playing chess this way an bludering away pieces? I would be ashamed of such games. How can you be proud of your games? If someone should you one of these games and asked you if it was yours, would you seriously say yes thats my game?
Originally posted by powershakerYou didn't say anything about your provisional OTB rating. You also haven't offered any reason why I can't find you on any USCF correspondance rating lists going back to 2002.
I told you to ignore the provisional! That rating was from back in 1993, and I was under the impression back then that you could play the Stonewall Attack in a USCF rated event. LOL By the way, Xanthos, I didn't mean that cut on you to be serious. I hope you didn't take it to heart. I apologize if that went to far. And, Happy Thanksgiving to you. *wink*
PS. You're right about the Stonewall Attack. It should never ever ever be played as it's impossible to win with it. Just like in this example.
