1. b7 wins by force, after 1. b7 f2 2. bxa8 = Q (and not 2. Rf8 Nd2+) f1=Q 3. Qe5+ white can force the exchange of queens for an easy endgame.

1.b7 is as good as any other move. black wins in all variations.

1.Kd6 axb6! (not f2?? Re8+ Kd1 Rf8 = or f2?? Re8 Kf1 b7 +-)
1.b7 Nc6+ 2.Kd6 Rxd8+ 3.Kxc6 f2 4.Kc7 Rf8 5.b8=Q Rxb8 6.Kxb8 f1=q 7.Kxa7 Qb5 8.d5 Qxd5 9.Kb8 Qb5+ 10.Ka7 Kd2 -+
1.d5! Nc6+!! (not axb6 a7 Rxa7 Rxb8 Ra6 d6 f2 d7 f1=q d8=q with complications. or 1...Nc7+ 2.Rxc7 axb6 3.Rb7 Rxa6 4.d6 f2 d7 f1=q d8=q with similar complications) 2.dxc6 Rxd8 3.c7 Re8+ 4.Kd6 axb6 5.Kd7 Ra8 6.c8=Q Rxc8 7.Kxc8 f2 8.Kb7 f1=q -+

all other moves black should win easily.

White draws after 1.Ke4
1.Ke4 f2 2.b7! f1=Q 3.bxa8=q Qg2+! 4.Ke3!! Qxa8 5.d5! and now white simply maintains the opposition.
i missed 5.d5 the first time around and then i missed 4.Ke3 the second time around.

Clearly white must address the threat of h3

The only way i can see to do that is
1. Bd4 h3
2. f3+ gxf3
3. gxf3+ Kxf3
4. Bf4
