I highly doubt this to be Anand-Kramnik game. Kramnik has only played 1.e4 three or four times this year and not against Anand, last time it was his book move was in 2005. I couldn't find this game in chesslab's database, and the World Championship doesn't start til Tuesday so it certainly wasn't a recent game.

Many a strong player (with his heart in the right place) has tried to correct the "error". I know it shouldn't be, but it is kind of funny.
