I'm playing a game against a guy who's always on holiday because he's "too busy" and now his time has expired. Is it morally right to time him out? I'd say the game is quite even. Here it is, judge for yourself:

if the skull shows up push it its like finding extra money in a pair of pants that you forgot about. how could it be morally wrong if its by the rules. if he can't stick to the time controls then time him out.

Yeah, the skulls there but he says on his vacation settings that "It would be nice if you would not time me out"

Well I'm sure he'd think it was very nice. And you might think it nice that people not commit to games they can't keep up with.

The guy last moved 4 days ago. You have a 7 day time bank which he has used all of. Why?

I am not one for claiming timeouts when someone is on vacation but where there is abuse then claim it.

He might have used his time bank at an earlier point in time?

Take the skull, remorse is for the weak.

Onbly those that feel they can't win and don't really want to play should take the skull.

If you are enjoying the game and hope to win in the normal course of events why take the skull?

Unless, of course, your opponent takes the p***.

The answer lies in this question: Do I want to continue this particular game at this particular pace?

The guy is taking the p***.

200+ games in progress yet he has set his vacation flag and says "please don't time me out. I am not on vacation but am very busy"

If he is that busy why play 200+ games.

I don't like claiming skulls but this is an exception!
