I think some people are still upset at his behavior in the match with Kramnik. That said, there is absolutely nothing wrong these days with having a group of helpers (even programs and computers) because these OTB games have to be finished in 1 session so any help is always pre and post game (which is really just living your life normally.) At the board the player must rely on their own brain. As long as they scan for electronics then there should be no cause for accusations and thankfully the Anand-Topalov match was conducted in a mature fashion by both players. (It was great exciting chess, too!)
