I'm not sure. It must be a waiting move. If it's the king, it must be Kh8, because if the king moves towards the central files, it can't defend the rook on the h-file. But maybe a waiting rook move.
Edit: Sorry I ruled out Kg7 incorrectly. So all I can rule out is Kf8 and Kf7.
I dont mean to brag but its interesting to see how some problems that are easy for me are harder for others and some problems i cant figure for the life of me are a breeze for everyone else. I guess life is the same way.
